Properties:
– Dry matter content: 52 – 58%
– Basic viscosity (DIN 53 211): thixotrop
– Specific gravity. (DIN 51 757): 0,97 – 1,18 kg/l
– Degree of gloss (DIN 67 530): > 80 % / 60° (high gloss)
– Temperature resistance: permanent load 130 °C; Short-term load 150 °C
– Processing conditions: from +10 °C and up to 80 % relative air humidity.
– Stick-free after 6 – 8 hours (at 20 °C)
– Cured after 24 hours (at 20 °C)
– Final curing after 3-4 days (at 20 °C)
– Primer: Kramp primer (layer thickness: 50 – 60 µm)
– Coating: Kramp synthetic resin varnish (layer thickness: 50 – 60 µm)
– Theoretical yield per litre: 3.8 – 4.2 m²/kg (at 50 µm layer thickness)

Technical information:
– Substrate preparation: The object to be treated must be thoroughly cleaned, degreased and if necessary sanded.
– Some types available in silk gloss and matt
– According to solvents regulation (Austria, from 1.1.96)
– In order to speed up drying times, use Kramp rapid hardener dilution instead of Kramp synthetic resin dilution
– Lower temperatures result in longer drying time
