Engines that operate for long periods at low operating temperatures—such as during slow cruising, harbor maneuvers, or auxiliary generator use—are particularly susceptible. In practice, this often appears as a copper- or gold-colored coating on the inside of the engine, caused by oil oxidation and contamination.

When should you use the 5-in-1 oil system cleaner?

At every oil change of a marine engine, it is strongly recommended to use an oil system cleaner. The 5-in-1 oil system cleaner is easily added to the old, warm engine oil before draining.

The cleaner mixes with the used oil and ensures that accumulated contamination, varnish deposits, and sludge are loosened from engine components. These contaminants are then removed together with the old oil.

Properties
The 5-in-1 oil system cleaner is suitable for gasoline and diesel engines
Cleans the complete engine oil system
Neutralizes acidic residues in the oil
Improves oil circulation
Removes dirt and harmful deposits
Cleans the engine in 5 to 15 minutes
Concentrated formula for gasoline and diesel engines
Suitable for vehicles with a wet timing belt
One 310 ml bottle treats 4 to 6 liters of oil

Applications
Engine oil can form acids as a result of the combustion process and oxidation. Even after draining the oil and replacing the filter, contaminating acidic residues can remain in the crankcase in the form of dirt. This can negatively affect the protective properties of the new oil. Adding the 5-in-1 oil system cleaner to the used oil before draining removes contamination that would otherwise remain after a standard oil change and also provides protection against friction during treatment.

Technical data
Appearance: liquid
Solubility: not miscible with water
Color: brown
Instructions for use
For light contamination:

Bring the engine to operating temperature and then shut it off. Add the contents of the oil cleaner to the used engine oil, start the engine, and let it idle for 5 to 15 minutes. (One 310 ml bottle treats 4 to 6 liters of oil.) Drain the crankcase while the engine is still warm. Replace the oil filter and engine oil.

Flushing oil: Flushing Oil – 1 liter

Flushing oil Pro: Flushing Oil Pro – 5 liters then use Neutralizer Oil Pro

In case of severe contamination or during a major service, we recommend adding the product to the old oil 150 to 200 km in advance.

Dispose of used oil in accordance with local regulations.

[4275,4276

2664,3017

0":"post-37053","1":"product","2":"type-product","3":"status-publish","4":"has-post-thumbnail","6":"location-aes-emmeloord","7":"location-aes-lemmer","8":"product_cat-lubricants","9":"product_cat-additives","10":"product_shipping_class-parcel-0-10-kg","12":"first","13":"instock","14":"taxable","15":"shipping-taxable","16":"purchasable","17":"product-type-simple
["GET
