The filter is supplied without couplings or union nuts for the fuel line connection (see “Fuel line fittings” for details).

This filter removes water, dirt and other contamination from the diesel fuel before it reaches the engine. Through the combination of separation, coagulation and filtration, the fuel remains cleaner and the fuel pump, injectors and injection system are better protected. This helps prevent clogging, water in the fuel system, loss of power and irregular engine operation.
