The compact installation dimensions also make the panel suitable for mounting in locations where space is limited.<\/p>\n<p>The panel is designed for 12V and 24V systems and has a mounting diameter of 52 mm. This matches well with the installation dimensions of VETUS engine instruments, such as a voltmeter. Thanks to the dimensions of the front, the panel can also be used as a neat upgrade for older control panels, largely covering the existing opening.<\/p>\n<p>The front of the BPAS panel is waterproof according to IP66 and is therefore suitable for use at the helm station. The panel also features a built-in time delay when quickly reversing the direction of rotation. This helps reduce the load on the electric motor and drive and contributes to safe operation of the bow or stern thruster.<\/p>\n<p>The panel also features several safety functions.
