This is also known as DeZincification Resistant Brass or CR Brass \/ DZR brass. The brass is made from a special alloy: CW602N and CB752S. Standard brass CR corrodes between 0.05 and 0.2 millimeters per year, while dezincification-resistant brass CR corrodes less than 0.02 millimeters.
