BMC 1.5D marine engine with heat exchanger

The engine starts and runs fine in principle, but smokes a little on one cylinder.
The compression value of that cylinder is also lower. No crankcase pressure!

The engine does run, but it has low crankcase pressure and smokes occasionally.
