Volvo Penta fuel filter/water separator 22677639 is an original diesel filter with transparent bowl for installation between the fuel tank and the engine. This filter removes water, dirt and other contamination from the diesel fuel before it reaches the engine. Through the combination of separation, coagulation and filtration, the fuel remains cleaner and the fuel pump, injectors and injection system are better protected. This helps prevent clogging, water in the fuel system, loss of power and irregular engine operation. Please note: couplings and union nuts for the fuel line are not included.

Description

The filter is intended for installation between the fuel tank and the engine. Three progressive stages – separation, coagulation and filtration – ensure that the fuel reaches the engine free from contamination. The filter is prepared for connection of a water alarm. The filter is supplied without couplings or union nuts for the fuel line connection (see “Fuel line fittings” for details).
