Description

Emtor SP 5600 has extreme flushing properties which significantly reduce machine contamination, for instance when grinding cast iron, compared to conventional metalworking fluids. The right balance of modern synthetic additives ensures very good cutting properties. Emtor SP 5600 has the following properties:
• Free from: chlorine, nitrite, PCB, PCT, secondary amines (complies with TRGS 611), boron compounds, formaldehyde, biocides and phenols
• Very high flushing performance
• Good corrosion resistance
• Suitable for centralised systems as well as standalone machines
• Excellent foaming behaviour: ideal for high speeds and pressures in medium-hard to hard water (5°dH – 30°dH)
• No soap formation in hard water (5°dH – 30°dH)
