Het uitwisselen is goed zelf te doen met het juiste gereedschap. Tijd ongeveer 45 minuten.
Tip: Let op hoe de stand van de as is als je de oude pomp er af haalt.
Zet de zg meenemer over als deze nog goed is anders mee vervangen.
De as van de nieuwe JMP pomp in dezelfde positie zetten , dan schuif je hem zo op/in de motor op de as die ook de brandstofpomp aandrijft.
Als laatste alles goed aandraaien en checken.
De meegeleverde impeller was droog zonder smeermiddel gemonteerd , even het deksel los maken , en het pomphuis insmeren met wat vaseline zodat hij bij de eerste keer starten niet droogloopt.
