The insulation mats are made from regenerated foam plastic which, through its combination of density and porosity, both insulates and absorbs sound. The mats are available in two versions, with and without self-adhesive backing.

The sound insulation complies with the requirements of 2013/53/EU regarding fire safety. The insulation material is protected by an oil-resistant foil and is easy to clean. The foam material is impregnated to be self-extinguishing and resistant to temperatures up to 200°C.

The insulation mats are sold in sheets of 500 x 1000 mm, making them easy to transport and install. They are available in three thicknesses and can be easily cut to the desired size using a sharp knife.

It is important to place the sheets as close together as possible and use foil tape to prevent sound leakage in the gaps and to stop moisture from entering between the sheets and being absorbed by the material.
