Mittlerweile ist klar, dass der GLS-Auslieferungsfahrer mein Paket verschlampt hat. Das ist schlecht und sollte dazu führen, eine andere Spedition (evtl. zu höherem Preis) als Alternative anzubieten.
Wie AB Marine Service den Fall gehandhabt hat, war allerdings vorbildhaft: Schnelle Kommunikation, ernsthaftes Bemühen, den Fall im Sinne des Kunden zu lösen bis hin zur Alternative, die Ware erneut zu senden oder zu erstatten. Das wiederum fand ich klasse!
