1. How can I return a shipment from outside the EU?
Returning your online purchase is possible up to 14 days after delivery if unused and undamaged. Returning from a country outside the European Union in 7 steps:
1. Fill in the return form (or copy the details and write them down on a piece of paper that you include with the return package).
2. We will send you a commercial invoice stating that it concerns a return shipment.
3. Pack the product well and securely, preferably in the original packaging. This ensures that your product remains intact during transport so that you receive a full refund.
4. Stick the return address (you can find the return address further on this page) and the invoice on the packaging.
5. Request the required customs form from the carrier of your choice.
6. The carrier requests a refund of the VAT paid and the import duties paid to customs.
7. After receiving the return shipment, you will receive the purchase amount in your account within 14 days, excluding shipping, customs and handling costs.
Please note: The shipping costs and any additional costs, such as customs costs, are at your expense.
