How can I pay?
We may be a web store, but we do not limit our payment options to internet banking only. In addition to iDEAL, the following options set out below are also available to you. If you have any questions about payments or warranty conditions, please contact us.

AB Marine service uses the shipping service of PostNL. If the items are in stock, we usually deliver on the next delivery day (Monday to Saturday), at any rate always within two delivery days. We try to show the stock status as accurately as possible but cannot guarantee this until the order has been completed. If you have an urgent shipment, please contact us for the status and delivery time of the products. After you order you will receive confirmation via e-mail and subsequently you will usually receive a track and trace code in the evening from Post NL.

Returns – Guarantee on online purchases
It is annoying when a product does not work properly or is defective.
Fortunately, we provide a warranty for a period of 2 years after the purchase and invoice date.
You can request a return label for a claim under warranty.

  • For safety reasons, products must be installed by qualified persons.
  • Your online purchase can be returned up to14 days after delivery, providing it is unused and undamaged. Return to postal address: Upon receipt you will receive a refund for your order within 14 days.
  • Return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense. For warranty and damage cases you can request a return label.
  • Electronic components such as controllers, relays and dynamos cannot be returned if they have been connected.
