The VETUS BPAJ is a luxury control panel with joystick for electric VETUS bow and stern thrusters. The panel is suitable for 12V and 24V systems and combines compact installation dimensions with an aluminium front for mounting at the helm station.

The joystick provides easy operation of the bow or stern thruster. When quickly switching to the opposite direction of rotation, the built-in time delay prevents the drive from reversing immediately. This helps reduce unwanted load on the electric motor and drive.

The panel also features various safety functions. Protection against accidental activation helps prevent unintended operation. During prolonged continuous operation, a warning signal is given and the system temporarily switches off. If the panel is not operated for 30 minutes, it switches off automatically.
