The VETUS BPSRC is a compact round control panel with push buttons for controlling retractable VETUS bow thrusters. The panel communicates digitally via the V-CAN network and provides simple non-proportional control to port and starboard.

For safe switching between both directions of rotation, the BPSRC features a built-in time delay. When quickly switching from one direction to the other, this function prevents the bow thruster from being operated immediately in the opposite direction. This helps limit unnecessary load on the system.

The panel also features various safety functions. The child safety function helps prevent accidental activation. During prolonged continuous operation, a warning is given and the system may switch off automatically. If the panel is not used for 30 minutes, it switches off automatically.

Thanks to the 52 mm mounting hole, the panel can be installed compactly in the dashboard. The external diameter is 63 mm and the installation depth is 90 mm. The front is water-resistant according to IP65. The panel is supplied with white, black and chrome bezel rings, allowing the finish to be matched to the other instruments at the helm station.
