The VETUS BPJRC is a compact round control panel with joystick for controlling retractable VETUS bow thrusters. The panel communicates digitally via the V-CAN network and provides direct, non-proportional control to port and starboard.

For safe switching between both directions of rotation, the BPJRC features a built-in time delay. When the joystick is moved quickly to the opposite direction, this function prevents the bow thruster from being driven immediately in the opposite direction. This helps limit unnecessary mechanical and electrical load on the system.

The panel also features various safety functions. The child safety function helps prevent accidental activation and after 30 minutes without operation the panel switches off automatically. A switched output is also available for optional control of additional equipment, such as a remotely operated main power switch.

Thanks to the 52 mm mounting hole, the BPJRC can be installed compactly in the dashboard. The external diameter is 63 mm and the installation depth is 90 mm. The front is water-resistant according to IP65. White, black and chrome bezel rings are included for a matching finish.
