Volvo Penta impeller kit for the seawater pump of various Volvo Penta marine and industrial engines. The impeller circulates raw water through the cooling system and is an important wear part for reliable engine cooling.

Replaces: 21430184

A worn, dried-out or damaged impeller can reduce the cooling water flow and eventually lead to insufficient engine cooling. Regular inspection and timely replacement help prevent damage caused by overheating.

The impeller kit contains

Impeller, O-ring, gasket, spline seal and Volvo Penta impeller lubricant.

Matching parts

Seawater pump cover:
21277456 – cover of the seawater pump.

Pump cam:
21277458 – cam in the seawater pump along which the impeller blades are deflected during pumping.

Recommendation: when replacing the impeller, also check the cover and pump cam for wear, grooves or damage. Wear on these parts can reduce the cooling water output of the pump.
