Volvo Penta impeller kit for the seawater pump of various Volvo Penta AD, D4, TAMD and TMD engines. The impeller ensures the circulation of raw water through the cooling system and is an important wear part for reliable engine cooling.

A worn, dried-out or damaged impeller can reduce the cooling water flow and eventually lead to insufficient engine cooling. Regular inspection and timely replacement help prevent damage caused by overheating.

The impeller kit contains

Impeller, two O-rings and Volvo Penta impeller lubricant.

Seawater pump gasket:
861199 – matching gasket for the seawater pump.

Seawater pump screw set:
21951334 – screw set for the seawater pump.

Recommendation: when replacing the impeller, also inspect the gasket and mounting screws of the seawater pump. Replace damaged or worn parts if necessary to prevent leakage and installation problems.
