Volvo Penta rubber ring 813967 is a rubber sealing ring (also called clamping ring or flywheel ring) that provides a watertight seal of the transom plate on various Volvo Penta engines and sterndrive systems. This “soft” version with yellow marking prevents water from entering between the engine and the transom plate. A good seal protects internal components from corrosion and water damage. Typically, two rings per engine/drive are required for a complete seal.
