Synfleet SHPD 10W-40 is a motor oil that is suitable for petrol and diesel engines both with and without turbochargers that are used in the most severe operating conditions in all seasons. This product has a high ‘Total Base Number’ and is therefore also suitable for use with diesel fuels with a relatively high sulfur content.
This motor oil has been specially developed in order to allow long oil change intervals (45,000 km) and to prevent ‘Bore Polishing’ (cylinder wall wear).

Description

Synfleet SHPD 10W-40 is an ultra-modern, fuel-saving, semi-synthetic, motor oil of the highest quality, based on extra ‘High Viscosity Index’ base oils, supplemented with modern additives. Synfleet SHPD 10W-40 features the following properties:

  • Very powerful detergency, thereby reducing deposits in the hot zone of the engine to a minimum
  • Very powerful dispersion, which acts to prevent formation of sediment and sludge
  • Very resistant to corrosion and foaming
  • Naturally high viscosity index
  • A low ash content
  • High resistance to wear, resulting in significantly reduced wear of piston rings and cylinder wall
  • Reduced fuel consumption
