Volvo Penta filter element 1147147 is an original 2 micron fuel filter element for Volvo Penta fuel filters and water separators. This fine filter element is used to remove water, dirt and microscopic particles from diesel fuel before it reaches the engine. This gives the fuel pump, injectors and injection system better protection against wear, clogging and faults. A saturated or incorrect filter element can lead to loss of power, poor starting and irregular engine operation.

Main features and benefits:

2 micron filtration: Provides fine final filtration of diesel fuel.
For water separators: Suitable for Volvo Penta filter housings 877762, 877763, 877764 and 22677639.
Protects injectors: Helps prevent wear and clogging in the fuel system.
Filters dirt and water: Removes harmful particles and moisture from the diesel fuel.

The filter medium is a mixture of high-quality cellulose blended with synthetic fibres and a special chemical treatment. 30 micron primary filtration, 10 micron secondary filtration and 2 micron final filtration are available.
